Important information regarding carrier closures from December 28th to January 5th

We would like to inform you that, due to the temporary closure of carriers, including FedEx and Japan Post, between December 28th and January 5th, there will be no shipments during this period.

However, please be assured that we will continue to prepare your packages and you will receive tracking information as usual. Please note, however, that package delivery times will be extended due to this exceptional closure.

Additionally, orders placed from Saturday, December 20th, may not be shipped before January 5th, as the order preparation time is 2 to 8 days. We will do our utmost to ship your packages before this date, but this is unfortunately not guaranteed.
